Job Description
IIQAF Group is currently looking for a dedicated Training and Development Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our employees. The Training and Development Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
Training And Development Coordinator salary: 6,000 – 6,500 Aed/mo
