Account Manager Job Description
Garcia Roofing is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager at Garcia Roofing, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, nurturing existing relationships, and seeking new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to ensure client needs are met throughout the sales process while maintaining effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Answer phone calls and provide follow-up support to clients.
- Assist the call center with daily operations.
- Maintain regular contact with clients regarding sales progress.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and manage sales progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Report and escalate concerns to management as necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, plans, and reports.
- Adhere to Garcia Roofing’s policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and accurately process numerical data.
- Positive problem-solving attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook calendar).
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year

- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM (with potential after-hours and weekend work based on workload)
