Cabin Crew Job Description:
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional service. Your Responsibilities will include:
Cabin Crew Responsibilities:
- Attending pre-flight meetings to understand each Flight Attendant’s duty and position during the flight
- Greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane and helping them settle into their seats
- Checking the cabin and cargo section before taking-off, enforcing safety and security regulations
- Demonstrating the safety procedures professionally
- Monitoring the cabin frequently throughout the flight
- Providing personalised assistance to passengers with special needs, such as people with disabilities, children and the elderly
- Maintaining composure and assisting passengers during emergencies
- Supplying in-flight entertainment to passengers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in the aviation industry or customer service roles.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in languages other than English.
- Pleasant personality and service-oriented
- Fluent in English with good communication skills for servicing of international customers
- Minimum height requirements of at least 1.58m to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard.
- Junior College (TANDAI) or University Degree holders (those graduating by October 2025 are welcome to apply)
- Willing to relocate to Singapore
