Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage relations with the entire channel, including relationship managers, investment advisors, and their line managers.
- Raise Asset Under Management predominantly into in-house managed funds.
- Balance personal revenue accountability with meeting the unit’s budget.
- Study client base demands and recommend future product launches or amendments.
- Maintain high service levels to preserve goodwill towards ENBD Asset Management.
- Train channel relationship managers and advisors on ENBD Asset Management products and services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree from a reputable university.
- Professional qualification (CFA, CAIA, CISI) is desirable.
- 5-7 years of sales or investment-related experience in Wealth Management or Business Banking.
