Security Operation Manager Responsibilities:

Manage UAE’s security operations, focusing on people and processes.
Assist in implementing comprehensive security plans to protect assets.
Led and trained a team of security professionals.
Report and manage security incidents and crises.
Ensure compliance with security regulations and laws.
Keep updated on security trends and recommend improvements.
Provide regular reports on security operations.
Evaluate and maintain physical security controls.
Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Oversee security guard force and ensure 24-hour coverage.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Stay informed on the latest security technologies.
Support the security department’s budget and optimize resources.
Establish effective communication with all stakeholders.
Manage internal and external security audits.
Develop and deliver security awareness training.
Plan and execute security measures for corporate events.
Develop executive protection strategies.
Manage security vendors and ensure performance.
Implement security awareness programs.
Monitor and evaluate security services.
Design innovative security programs.
Develop a comprehensive security strategy.
Monitor and address security issues promptly.
Collaborate on security requirements for new projects.
Direct investigations into security incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum college undergraduate with relevant certifications in physical security and life safety.
Preferably an APP with prior experience managing physical security operations is preferred.
Minimum 12 years of Physical Security-related experience, with at least 4 years in Security Management.
Distinctive leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good planning/project management skills.
Self-starter and independent worker.
