Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina Responsibilities:
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction, Energy Conservation, and Fire Life Safety.
- Manage Operation and Maintenance of plants and equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and handle engineering maintenance requests.
- Assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of engineering and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and fire codes.
- Operate mechanical and electrical systems and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct inspections and manage preventative maintenance programs.
- Participate in energy conservation and environmental sustainability programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A qualified engineer with 5 years of progressive experience in a 5* city hotel in Dubai.
- Strong planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities.
- Excellent inter-departmental relations and team player skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
