Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external mail traffic and manage fax communications.
- Handle maintenance requests and ensure the completion of in-house jobs.
- Ensure all office equipment is in good condition and perform minor troubleshooting.
- Prepare and serve refreshments to staff and guests, including VIPs and delegates.
- Manage photocopying, binding, and filing of documents.
- Receive and manage office and pantry supplies.
- Act as Fire Warden during emergencies.
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and set up equipment for meetings.
Office Assistant Qualifications and Requirements:
- Secondary level education with proficient spoken and written English.
- Experience in general office assistant duties.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
