Job Description

Kitopi is looking for hiring a Head Chef – International Cuisine to lead our culinary team. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of global flavors. The Head Chef will oversee menu development, kitchen operations, team management, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute menus featuring Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, and European cuisines.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Monitor inventory, manage orders, control costs, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Stay updated on global food trends, seasonal ingredients, and modern culinary techniques.
  • Oversee catering, events, and special menus as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Competency with kitchen management software or POS systems.
