Job Description

The In-store Warehouse Worker plays a key role in ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment in our retail store. This position involves receiving, moving, and stocking products to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Worker with IKEA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Transport products to their final location, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
  • Perform replenishment tasks according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Select and prepare goods for customer orders, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Follow store inventory control procedures, including transfers and stock counts.
  • Contribute to an inclusive and diverse work environment that reflects the IKEA culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the Warehouse Worker position at IKEA, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or replenishment role.
  • Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
  • Open availability to work shifts between Monday and Sunday, 5 AM – 11 PM.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3-5 days of offer acceptance.
