Job Description
Flowbird is currently looking for a Ticketing Project Manager to lead ticketing and Open Payment projects in France. You will be responsible for managing projects in response to public orders, including complete ticketing systems and automatic ticket dispensers for tram and bus stations. As the primary point of contact for clients, you’ll ensure project deliverables, milestones, and compliance with legal and financial commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the main contact for project-related matters.
- Lead and coordinate project stakeholders (internal teams and clients) through all project phases: launch, design, production, validation, deployment, and acceptance.
- Manage project finances, including revenue, margins, billing, and payments.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and workload in collaboration with the PMO and Technical Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any necessary amendments.
- Conduct risk and opportunity management for your projects.
- Report directly to the Head of Projects FR Transport Intelligence on project progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Engineering or Project Management).
- Proven experience managing client-focused projects, ideally within an industrial company.
- Strong technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client orientation with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality.
