Job Description

Bristol Waste Company is currently looking for a  responsible and experienced Cleaning Operative to join their team.As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic environment. We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic, whether working independently or as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include general cleaning duties, high- and low-level cleaning, and industrial cleaning tasks like mopping, vacuuming, and handling chemical solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Confidently carry out cleaning at all levels, including low and high-level areas.
  • Engage in industrial cleaning activities such as mopping, vacuuming, and the use of chemical cleaning solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal safety requirements during the job.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proven track record of working in a safe and compliant manner.
Cleaning Operative Salary & Benefits:
  • £12.00 per hour.
