Job Description
HICH is currently looking for an Android Developer to join their team. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and designers, working closely with leadership to develop and support our mobile application. This role demands a dynamic and agile professional, ready to tackle evolving requirements and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all stages of the Mobile Software Development lifecycle
- Maintain, test, analyze performance, and troubleshoot applications
- Develop clean, well-documented, maintainable code
- Proactively identify issues to improve software quality
- Support and develop new software modules to enhance the app
- Use modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP) for mobile application development
- Collaborate with Git version control system and manage branching/merging strategies
- Utilize CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Firebase App Distribution
- Work with popular third-party libraries (RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt, OkHttp)
- Implement RESTful web services and handle JSON data
- Apply knowledge of Android Architectural Components and Lifecycles
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of Android development experience in an agile team
- Published and supported one or more Android apps on Google Play Store
- Expertise in Kotlin, Java, and mobile application architecture
- Strong experience with Git version control
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, Firebase)
- Experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt, and OkHttp
- Deep understanding of RESTful web services and JSON data handling
- Knowledge of Android Architectural Components and Lifecycles
