Job Description

Alshaya Group is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Starbucks team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CRM systems, executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Your efforts will play a key role in driving Starbucks’ customer retention and fostering long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Implementation and Maintenance:
    Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets business objectives. Configure workflows, automations, and settings to enhance productivity.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Work closely with the data intelligence team to analyze customer behavior, campaign results, and key metrics. Create actionable reports that provide insights for improving future campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
    Execute CRM-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels to attract leads, encourage conversions, and build customer loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalized and targeted campaign content, optimizing strategies based on campaign performance.
  • Partnerships Development:
    Support the creation and development of partner relationships beneficial to the business. Assist in building a partners ecosystem that enhances customer value.
  • CRM Strategy Development:
    Contribute to the development of the overall CRM strategy, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Loyalty Program Management:
    Help manage the Starbucks loyalty program, including points accrual, redemption, and customer segmentation. Use data to create tailored rewards and strategies that drive customer engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation principles and tools.
  • A strong “Customer First” mindset, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
