Job Description
As a Desk Account Manager for Small Enterprises, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 250 clients within one or more target groups. You will primarily engage with customers virtually, offering the full range of Aon products and services. Your role will be to advise customers on risk management, propose solutions, and help retain and grow their existing insurance policies. You’ll also work to attract new customers through campaigns. Collaboration with your segment team and administrative support team will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a customer portfolio of around 250 clients.
- Engage in virtual meetings to provide advice and solutions to clients on risk management.
- Focus on both retaining existing customers and attracting new ones through cross-selling and campaigns.
- Work closely with the segment team and support team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into sound advice.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess Wft Schade Zakelijk and Wft Inkomen certifications; an Assurantie Diploma A is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written).
- Ability to connect with clients virtually and translate risks into effective advice and products.
- HBO work and thinking level.
- Results-oriented with proactive work habits and excellent listening skills.
- Flexibility and a hands-on mentality are essential due to the newness of the role.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross monthly salary between €3,800 and €4,500, depending on education, experience, and knowledge.
- Flexible salary component of 19.21% of the gross monthly salary, which can be paid out or used for extra days off.
