Duncan & Ross is currently seeking skilled but experienced Frontend Developers. In this position, your primary job is to create components that visually represent everything users interact with, and interface components using well-known front-end technologies and frameworks. this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic and reputable company.

Frontend Developer Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features and build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with team members, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Implement responsive design and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Maintain code quality through consistent code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
- Debug and resolve issues to fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Front-End Developer.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with additional libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Vuex, or MobX.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
