Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Prepare bidding documents, evaluate bids, and carry out clarifications
- Conduct meetings and review civil engineering/architectural designs and engineering drawings
- Supervise civil construction works and carry out checks before acceptance
- Assess existing facilities’ remaining lifetime and confirm operational risks of existing systems
- Oversee civil engineering tasks for ongoing and future projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles (Mandatory)
- Experience in civil construction
- Basic understanding of gas turbine generator packages (electrical & rotating) and compressors
- Understanding of various engineering disciplines including process, piping, and instruments
- Civil engineering degree
- ADNOC project experience (Advantageous, but strongly encouraged)
- Experience in tender and contract processes (Advantageous)
- Engineering experience in new or replacement gas turbine generator and compressor projects
- EPC experience in new or replacement gas turbine generator and compressor projects
