Finance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Maintained books of accounts and ensured timely monthly account closure and submission.
- Track key expenditure accounts and produce ad-hoc revenue/expenditure/capex reports.
- Process payments for feedstock suppliers to ensure timely procurement activities.
- Maintain and verify inventory accounting per IFRS and coordinate with Finance Shared Services.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports and GL schedules.
- Analyze financials and operations, presenting data in graphics and tabulated forms.
- Assist in business planning, budgeting, and preparation of financial reports.
- Deal with external, internal, and government auditors to resolve financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial covenants and service level agreements.
- Prepare standard credit reports for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A university graduate in Finance/Accounting.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- ERP system exposure and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
