SPA Manager Responsibilities:

- Receive and manage product deliveries.
- Provide consistent and professional service to guests.
- Follow up on emails and confirm massage appointments.
- Prepare tea and towels for guest use.
- Maximize the use of massage rooms and therapists.
- Handle customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain and update communication logs for staff.
- Address equipment malfunctions and arrange repairs.
- Support team member welfare, safety, and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SPA Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
