• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Oversee security knowledge and emergency procedures.
• Conduct random inspections and bag checks.
• Ensure asset removal policy adherence.
• Arrange escort services for cash-carrying team members.
• Maintain perimeter patrols to prevent loitering.
• Examine team members’ knowledge and responsibilities.
• Manage shift work schedules and attendance.
• Implement work arrangements and training plans.
• Conduct random hotel inspections for security practices.
• Resolve guests’ complaints professionally.
• Maintain familiarity with first aid and fire emergency procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in work areas.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Foster good rapport with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Security Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of life-safety systems, fire equipment, and security operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Literacy in English preferred.
