Content Creator Responsibilities:
- Write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and platforms.
- Conduct research and interviews to stay informed on current trends and developments, then contextualize findings.
- Assist the creative team with designing promotional materials and understand performance metrics to optimize posts.
- Engage consumers through social media, respond to inquiries or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to set campaign objectives, complete tasks, and resolve issues.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and expertise to enhance marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO techniques to boost site traffic and monitor social media and website metrics.
- Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers, formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
- Stay updated on current content and technology trends that could impact the business.
- Consistently meet all published KPIs and scorecard objectives.
- Manage status updates with the creative team, lead meetings, and handle administrative tasks.
Content Creator Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
