Food Service Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

As a food service supervisor with The Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel (AFOC), your responsibilities will include:

  • Budget Management: Handle food and equipment budgeting.
  • Operational Planning: Plan food service operations.
  • Personnel Management: Manage team employment and discharge.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and order supplies.
  • Menu Development: Create menus and recipes.
  • Health and Safety Oversight: Inspect cleanliness and equipment.

Food Service Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements

You need the following to apply for the food service supervisor position at The Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel (AFOC).
